What is Science Olympiad?
Sciene Olympiad is an academic competition in which students compete in various events, usually in pairs, where they either study a specific topic or build a device. Students then compete in their events at the regional tournament in the spring, where they can win individual medals or team trophies.
Our Program
Cougar Science Olympiad is a Division A (grades 3-5) Science Olympiad program at Billingsville Cotswold Elementary School. Since 2022 Reid Banerjee, a high school student, has led the team with Michel Pittman. We currently offer both a Varsity and Junior Varsity team. Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, Billingsville Cotswold will partner with Eagle STEM Competitions for it’s program, allowing for more personalized coaching.
